Produced at the historic Buffalo Trace Distillery, which was established in 1775, it has been known by various names, including the George T. Stagg Distillery and the Old Fashioned Copper Distillery. Now under the ownership of the Sazerac Company, Buffalo Trace is the most award-winning distillery in America, having received numerous accolades, including seven “Distillery of the Year” awards. Located in Franklin County, Kentucky, and spanning over 130 acres, the distillery remains operational and family-owned.

It has been home to legendary Master Distillers such as Albert B. Blanton, E.H. Taylor, Elmer T. Lee, George T. Stagg, and Orville Schupp. This limited edition bourbon, crafted from Mash Bill #1, uses the finest corn, rye, and malted barley, aged in new oak barrels until perfectly matured.
