After Prohibition, Four Roses Kentucky Straight Bourbon became the leading bourbon in the United States. In 1943, Seagram’s acquired the distillery, but a decade later, they ceased the sale of Four Roses Kentucky Straight Bourbon domestically, focusing on international markets instead. The distillery changed hands again in 2002, bringing new life and direction to the brand.
